Our specialty is to attract international buyers and investors to properties in Spain, both on the coast and in the capitals. We also make investments in commercial properties and advise on business purchase operations.

Costa Real's professional history goes back to 1984. In 1994 we opened our first office in the province of Alicante, marking its presence on the Costa Blanca.

Throughout three decades of work we have participated in more than 240 fairs and exhibitions in 27 countries. We have a network of collaborators worldwide. In the 2000s we maintained our own offices in 6 countries: Spain, England, Ukraine, Germany, Russia, and Latvia. Now it is no longer necessary, thanks to the arrival of a new digitalized age. Today in Spain we have our offices in Barcelona, Costa Maresme, Costa Blanca North (Benidorm) and Costa Blanca South (Torrevieja) as well as representatives in Madrid, Valencia and Marbella.

Our network of international collaborators worldwide amounts to more than 1,300 real estate agents, from Canada, through all Europe, to Kazakhstan. It makes it possible for us to react to the different challenges of the global real estate market.
